Kat Chiechi Flores is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning hospitality, real estate, operations, and organizational transformation. She currently serves as President of North Management, the dedicated management arm of North Development, where she oversees best-in-class residential and hospitality operations with a focus on service excellence, technology integration, and long-term asset protection. 
 
Prior to joining North Management, Flores held senior leadership roles at AKAM, where she served as Chief Integration Officer and Executive Vice President, guiding multi-region property-management operations, acquisitions, and organizational growth. She successfully rebuilt leadership structures, elevated client growth and retention to record levels, and led large-scale integrations across Southeast and Northeast markets. 
 
Earlier in her career, Flores was Executive Vice President at Trump Hotels, where she played a key role in global customer acquisition, sales and marketing, brand development, and communications for a diverse luxury portfolio. She held the role of global head of Human Resources for Wyndham Hotel Group and also led the launch and operations of hospitality and lifestyle brands as Managing Director at The Assemblage and Chief Administrative Officer at Dream Hotel Group.  
 
She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MA in Education from the University of San Francisco, and a BS in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. 

Dedicated to community and thought leadership, Flores has served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Mott Haven Academy Charter School and as an Advisory Board Member for Rutgers University’s Design Thinking Certificate Program.
