Eva Garza is a Senior Managing Director on CBRE's Americas Consulting practice leadership team, with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations reimagine how and where they work. Based in Miami, she specializes in workplace strategy, guiding clients through the complex decisions tenants face in today's evolving real estate landscape. Known for translating occupancy challenges into clear, data-driven strategies, Eva bridges the human side of work with the hard metrics that drive real estate decisions; from space utilization and workstyle analysis to financial modeling and portfolio optimization.
Eva holds a B.S. in Architecture from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a Master's in City and Regional Planning with a concentration in Economic Development from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a licensed architect, AICP-certified planner, LEED AP, and Prosci Certified Change Professional. Prior to CBRE, she held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, and HOK.
