Project update: Cipriani Residences Miami
Cipriani Residences Miami has surpassed 872ft in its construction. This makes the project not only the tallest skyscraper in Miami but also the tallest south of Manhattan. Developed by Mast Capital and designed by Arquitectonica, the new luxury development will reach around 950ft tall.
Once completed, there will be 50,00sqft of amenities featuring a resident-only restaurant, private dining experiences and a 37th-floor speakeasy. 397 one- to four-bedroom homes will be delivered in this luxury residential space.
