Nineteen Group has announced Miami Build Expo, the latest addition to the award-winning global Build Expo portfolio.

Miami Build Expo will debut on 26-27 May 2027 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in iconic South Beach, and complements hugely successful events in New York, Chicago, London, Sydney and Melbourne.

Bringing the same proven formula that has resulted in the largest construction and design shows in each city, Miami Build Expo will be the meeting point for the construction community in Miami, South Florida, and beyond – creating the largest festival of construction in the Southeast USA.

Connecting contractors, architects, developers, engineers, government, product manufacturers, and solution providers all under one roof, Miami Build Expo will attract 15,000+ attendees, 200+ exhibitors, and 400+ top-level speakers across 9 conference tracks.

Dedicated specialist zones

Three specialist zones will feature within the show floor to ensure a laser focus on key product sectors.

The AI & Digital Construction Zone will attract a powerful audience, including architects, engineers, contractors, BIM managers, and digital transformation leaders, providing an ideal environment for visitors to connect directly with technology providers, discover new solutions, and build meaningful business relationships with key stakeholders actively investing in innovation.

The Fire Safety & Security Zone will showcase a wide range of products and services, from advanced fire detection and suppression systems to integrated security technologies and smart monitoring solutions. Attendees will gain practical insights and actionable knowledge to help them stay ahead in an increasingly complex safety landscape.

The HVACR Zone will connect exhibitors directly with key decision-makers, including contractors, technicians, project managers, and procurement leaders. Attendees can explore the latest products and technologies through interactive showcases, while gaining valuable insights from expert-led sessions, live demonstrations, panel discussions, and podcasts. An unrivalled conference program

With over 400 industry-leading speakers, Miami Build Expo features 9 conference tracks covering topics from Sustainability, Real Estate, Government, to Sustainability, Facilities Management and more. Speakers will deliver insights and showcase the latest innovations shaping the region’s AEC industry.

Alongside the conference, the event will host back-to-back networking events, including Miami’s largest events for Women in Construction and Diversity in Construction, providing unmatched opportunities to connect and collaborate.
