Flow Service Partners expands Florida presence with Altman Air Conditioning acquisition

Flow Service Partners, which is backed by private equity firm Quad-C Management, has acquired South Florida commercial HVAC and mechanical services provider Altman Air Conditioning.

The move is part of Flow's strategy to partner with established local service companies and expand its presence in key US markets.

Founded in 1985, Altman has more than 40 years’ experience delivering commercial HVAC and mechanical services. The company has built a loyal customer base by providing responsive support and practical solutions for complex commercial environments.

Altman will retain its existing name, employees and customer relationships while gaining access to Flow’s technology, operational support and wider resources.
