Plans Unveiled for Luxury Bugatti Residences Miami
Prosper Group and Belgian developer Versluys Group have revealed plans for Bugatti Residences Miami, a 60-storey tower with 183 luxury residences – including four penthouses.
The 220m high tower, designed by Brandon Haw Architecture, will be at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road in the Brickell district, offering residents 90m of waterfront and direct access to Biscayne Bay.
It is the first residential project for the Bugatti brand in the United States – there is one in Dubai – with a total projected sales value of $650 million.
